Chada Asian Fusion 2 | Our Story
Born in Bangkok, Made in Scottsdale
Chada is a family story three decades in the making — rooted in northern Thai technique, built dish by dish in the Arizona desert, and still guided by the same hands that started it all.
The Name
A *chada* is the ornate ceremonial headdress of classical Thai dance — shaped by hand, every detail placed with exacting care for a single fleeting moment of performance. Meticulous craft, made to be savored and remade again tomorrow.
How We Grew
It began in 2012 — a small Scottsdale strip mall, table-side hot pots, and Bangkok-style curries that quietly earned a neighborhood's loyalty. From that first kitchen, we grew to Thomas Road, then to Lincoln Village, each move a new chapter written by the same family, the same philosophy.
Chef Nina's Kitchen
Chef Bussara Nina Ngoitakhu has led every Chada kitchen for over two decades. She still pounds every curry paste by hand — galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf — because a shortcut here is a shortcut you can taste.

The Food We Make
Hand-folded dumplings, khao soi, boat-noodle broth slow-braised for thirteen hours — alongside Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese traditions honored with equal depth. Balance over boldness: the principle behind every plate.
A Table Is Waiting
At Lincoln Village and on Thomas Road, the dining room is ready — warm light, authentic Thai artwork, and a welcome that embodies genuine Thai hospitality. Come as you are; leave knowing what devotion to detail actually tastes like.
